About Us
Briar Ridge Apartments & Villas, in Warsaw, Indiana, is the area's leading property management company serving all of Kosciusko County since 2012. We offer one, two, and three bedroom units, and they have floor plans of up to 1,320 square feet. Our units have wood laminate flooring throughout, with carpeting in the bedrooms. We also offer bedrooms with walk out patio or balcony. The kitchens include a garbage disposal, a built-in range, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There are also stackable in-unit washer and dryer in the apartments, and a washer and dryer hookup in the villas. Been living at our happy house on the second year! Can’t say enough how happy we truly are. The area is always clean. Very well maintenance environment. Quiet, peaceful & safe. We loved it. Whenever I made a request to get something fix at the house, the maintenance team always come through & get the job done. Some days they’ll come right on the same day for fixing, but there are days they took longer than expected. I know, my house is not their only priority. So, I totally understand it. The maintenance man will always make sure they’ll be an adult in the house when there’s only a teenager is in the house, prior entering due to safety reason, otherwise reschedule for another day when an adult will be present. My favorite is the property manager Mistie! She’s truly the best property manager I have ever known. She has always been on top of her game. An extremely well communicator & very responsive. That makes my living life at the property very comfortable.

I love living here! Close to everything I need in Warsaw. Really close to 15 and 30, short drive Goshen and Fort Wayne. The apartments are clean and well kept. Maintenece is very timely and always fix everything that day. Managment are very helpfull and extremely nice. The parks are well maintained as well as the pool and clubhouse. Only downfall is finding a parking spot. Spots fill up quickly, especially on the weekends.
